The General Terms and Condition (hereinafter: GTC) of the Service could be reach at www. localcat.hu/general-terms-and-conditions/ webpage, and it is annexed to this Request Form as an integral part thereof, and shall be interpreted in context of this Request Form . By fill in all required details on the Order Form and send it back to the e-mail address of the Provider, Client declares that it has his/her full knowledge of the content of GTC, which it accepts, and expressly contribute to the management of his/her personal data indicated in the GTC, which is required to complete the Service.

We would like to inform you that if you do not give your consent to the Provider to process your personal data provided in this case the Provider is not able to provide you the Service. Please consider this when you fill in and return this Order form.

Our staff is trying to do their best to give the fullest care and attention to your cats, therefor our capacity per day is not endless. We are only able to take care and sit only specified number of addresses day to day, and if somebody makes a very last moment cancellation, this makes it impossible to take car for new cat clients.

Cancellation

The Client may only cancel a confirmed Order with the following conditions:
1) if the cancellation takes place within 7-4 prior to the start of the Service, 50% of the Fee has to be paid to the Provider,
2) If the cancellation takes place within 3 days prior to the start of the Service, the full Fee has to be paid to the Provider.
In such case, the Provider issues the invoice after the cancellation, which the Client has to pay via bank transfer.
